Storyteller at the Intersection of Adventure, Creativity, and Impact, Sara Beam Robbins dedicates her work to amplifying underrepresented voices and celebrating women in sports, creating films that inspire, empower, and challenge the status quo.

She is the co-founder of The Road West Traveled, an adventure-focused production company crafting cinematic, high-impact films and photography for the outdoor industry. Sara directed and produced the first-ever 100% women-led ski film and founded the all-women’s ski and snowboard film tour, Girl Winter, celebrating female athletes and creators. She has partnered with brands like Life Time Fitness, SCOTT Sports, Stio, and Pinarello to tell authentic, emotionally powerful stories. Her films have won festival awards, sold-out tours, and screened around the globe.

Before stepping behind the camera full-time, Sara spent a decade in big tech at Yahoo!, Oracle, and Google, helping Fortune 500 clients master data strategy, marketing performance, and innovative ad tech solutions. That experience honed her skills in strategy, execution, and leading high-performance teams - skills she now channels into producing world-class films from the backcountry to the big screen.

From ultra-endurance events to remote expeditions, Sara combines storytelling, technical precision, and athletic grit to capture the heart of adventure. Every project she takes on is an opportunity to tell stories that matter, empower women, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
